The plasmid preparation service provides GLP-compliant, low-endotoxin plasmid DNA ready for transfection and in vitro transcription (IVT). Spectrophotometric DNA quality analysis is included. Additional testing selected above is available for an additional fee. Guaranteed-yield options are provided at no charge if the requested quantity is not achieved. Targeted plasmid preparation costs $128 per plasmid, with a yield range of 0.5–1 mg.
